RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE THE CITY MANAGER TO
EXECUTE PERMIT AGREEMENT WITH BURLINGTON
NORTHERN RAILROAD
WHEREAS, the City is constructing a water line between the
Cypress Street Water Treatment Plant and Allendale Road; and,
WHEREAS, the line will pass under the railroad belonging to
Burlington Northern Railroad, for which purpose the City must obtain a
permit; and,
WHEREAS, the Council has examined a proposed permit agreement
between the City of Wichita Falls and Burlington Northern Railroad.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
That certain agreement is approved and the City Manager is authorized
to execute the same for the City of Wichita Falls.
