RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1 TO CON-
TRACT WITH WALLACE & RAUB CONSTRUCTION COM-
PANY FOR STABILIZATION OF THE ROUTE BUILDING.
WHEREAS , the City of Wichita Falls and Wallace & Raub Constru-
ction Company entered into a contract dated March 26, 1984 for stabili-
zation of the Route Building; and,
WHEREAS , additional stabilization work, not specified in the origi-
nal bid document, is necessary to repair the roof of the Route Building;
and,
WHEREAS , the estimated cost of the additional work, attached,
is $2895.77.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF WICHITA FALLS TEXAS , THAT :
Change Order No. 1, a copy of which is attached hereto, dated
March 26, 1984, between the City of Wichita Falls and Wallace & Raub Con-
struction Company if hereby approved and the City Manager is authorized
to execute same for the City of Wichita Falls.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS THE 17th day of April, 1984.
