RESOLUTION AWARDING CONTRACT FOR INSTALLATION OF
AUTOMATIC IRRIATION SYSTEM ON THE FRONT NINE
HOLES AT WEEKS PARK GOLF COURSE TO BOYD CURTIS
CONSTRUCTION.
WHEREAS, the City has advertised for bids for the installation
of an automatic irrigation system on the front nine holes at
Weeks Park Golf Course; and,
WHEREAS, five bids were received, and it is found that Boyd
Curtis Construction, who bid $104 , 942 .00 , is the lowest responsible
bidder.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Said bid of Boyd Curtis Construction is hereby accepted, and
the City Manager is authorized to execute a contract with said
contractor for this project.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the third day of April, 1984 .
