RESOLUTION AWARDING CONTRACT TO COSTELLO CONSTRUCTION
COMPANY FOR SANITARY SEWER FACILITIES FOR RANCHO VISTA PLACE.
WHEREAS, four bids were received for Sanitary Sewer Facilities
for Rancho Vista Place; and,
WHEREAS, the bid of Costello Construction Company, of Wichita
Falls, Texas, is the lowest responsible bid.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Said bid of Costello Construction Company in the amount of
36,408.70 is hereby accepted and the City Manager is authorized
to execute a contract with Costello Construction Company for the
work.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS THE 3RD DAY OF APRIL 1984.
