RESOLUTION AWARDING CONTRACT
FOR STABILIZATION OF THE
ROUTE BUILDING
WHEREAS, funds have been budgeted within past years ' CDBG budgets for the
purpose of stabilizing/restoring the Route Building; and
WHEREAS, the City has advertised for bids for stabilization of the Route
Building; and
WHEREAS, three bids were received, and it is found that the bid of Wallace/Raub
Construction Co. in the amount of $81 ,780.00 is the lowest responsible bid.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS,
TEXAS, THAT:
The bid of Wallace/Raub Construction Co. in the amount of $81 ,780.00 is hereby
accepted, and the City Manager is authorized to execute a contract with Wallace/Raub
Construction Co. for stabilization of the Route Building.
