RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER #1,
NORTH BEVERLY PUMP STATION IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, the City and Bowles Construction Company, as contractor,
agreed to construct the North Beverly Pump Station Improvements;
and,
WHEREAS, the City has solicitated a proposal from the Contractor
to install two eight inch valves and allied work ,and to install
a central column in the storage tank as Change Order #1; and,
WHEREAS, the Contractor has submitted his proposal for $2500.00
for Change Order #1 and which price is deemed fair and reasonable.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Change Order #1 in the amount of $2500.00 is approved and the
City Manager is authorized to execute same for the City of
Wichita Falls, Texas.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS THE 6TH DAY OF MARCH, 1954.
