RESOLUTION AWARDING BID ON
THOMPSON ROAD RECONSTRUCTION
PROJECT 83-2 TO THE ZACK
BURKETT COMPANY
WHEREAS, the City has heretofore advertised for bids for the Thompson Road
Reconstruction Project; and
WHEREAS, the bid of the Zack Burkett Company in the amount of $535,455.40 was
the lowest responsible bid.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS,
TEXAS, THAT:
The bid of the Zack Burkett Company in the amount of $535,455.40 is hereby
accepted, and the City Manager is authorized to execute a contract with the
Zack Burkett Company for the Thompson Road Reconstruction Project 83-2.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 6th day of March, 1984.
