RESOLUTION AWARDING CONTRACT TO BOWLES CONSTRUCTION
COMPANY FOR WATER DISTRIBUTION IMPROVEMENTS ALONG KELL FREEWAY
BETWEEN ALLENDALE ROAD AND CYPRESS PLANT
WHEREAS, four bids were received for Water Distribution
Improvements along Kell Freeway between Allendale Rd and Cypress
Plant; and,
WHEREAS, the bid of Bowles Construction Company, of Wichita
Falls, Texas, is the lowest responsible bid.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Said bid of Bowles Construction Company in the amount ofPY
141,485.65 is hereby accepted and the City Manager is authorized
to execute a contract with Bowles Construction Company for the
work.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS THE 6TH DAY OF MARCH 1984.
