RESOLUTION APPROVING EASEMENT TO FARMER DRILLING
COMPANY OF OLNEY FOR AN ELECTRIC DISTRIBUTION
LINE AND POLES ON CITY PROPERTY AT LAKE KICKAPOO.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS , THAT:
That certain easement, a copy of which is attached hereto,
from the City of Wichita Falls to Farmer Drilling Company for an
electric distribution line and two poles on City-owned property in the
T. P . Martin Survey, Abstract 739 , Archer County, Texas, near Lake
Kickapoo, is hereby approved, and the City Manager is authorized to
execute the same for the City of Wichita Falls.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 6th day of March, 1984 .

That the City of Wichita Falls, Texas, for and in consideration
of One Dollar ($1. 00) , does hereby grant and convey to Farmer Drilling
Company, of Olney, Texas, an easement for two poles and an electric
distribution line on the land belonging to the City of Wichita Falls
in the T. P . Martin Survey, Abstract 739 , Archer County, Texas. The
purpose of this line is to connect a Texas Electric Service Company
line on the City property to a well on the Farmer lease, which is
located south of such Wichita Falls property in the Martin Survey.
It is understood that this easement may be terminated at any
time by the City of Wichita Falls , after giving Farmer Drilling
Company thirty (30) days written notice of its intention to terminate
such easement.
