RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO
EXECUTE A LEASE AGREEMENT WITH AIR SPIRIT
INC . FOR LEASE OF PREMISES AT WICHITA FALLS
MUNICIPAL AIRPORT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, THAT:
That certain agreement between the City of Wichita
Falls and Air Spirit Inc . setting annual rental rates
and landing fees is hereby approved and the City Manager
is authorized to execute same for the City of Wichita
Falls .
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS the 6th day of March, 1984 .
