RESOLUTION TO AMEND ENGINEERING CONTRACT WITH
BIGGS & MATHEWS, INC. FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES
RELATED TO KELL BOULEVARD UTILITIES
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has previously contracted
with the engineering firm of Biggs & Mathews, Inc. , for the performance
of engineering services related to the relocation of utilities across Kell
Boulevard; and,
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls desires to install a 16" water
line across Kell Boulevard and to include this work in said contract; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council has examined a proposed contract amendment
for this purpose.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The amendment of the April 5, 1983 contract with Biggs & Mathews,
Inc. , is approved and the City Manager is authorized to execute the amendment
with any changes the Council may direct.
