RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE
WAIVER LETTER FOR LOCATION OF OIL AND GAS WELL OF
HENRY ENERGY CORPORATION NEAR LAKE KICKAPOO.
WHEREAS, Henry Energy Corporation is making application to the
Texas Railroad Commission for an exception to Statewide Rule 37 for
an oil and gas well on McKinney & Williams Survey, A-314 , Archer
County, Texas, near Lake Arrowhead, and they have requested that the
City of Wichita Falls execute a waiver letter concerning this loca-
tion.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute a waiver letter,
waiving any objections to the proposed location of such well, 330
feet from the west line and 1 , 972 feet from the south line of said
McKinney & Williams Survey, A-314 ,
