RESOLUTION APPROVING REFUNDS OF OVERPAYMENT OF PROPERTY
TAXES .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS ,
TEXAS , THAT:
It is found that the following property tax payments were paid
twice, and were therefore excessive, and the excessive payments
should be refunded:
American National Bank, $1, 083 , 59 .
Safeway Stores, Inc . , $2 , 536 . 04 .
Waukesha-Pearce, Inc. , $647 .39 .
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 21st day of February, 1984 .
