RESOLUTION AWARDING CONTRACT TO BOWLES
CONSTRUCTION COMPANY FOR SLUDGE DISPOSAL SYSTEM
WHEREAS, four bids were received for the Sludge Disposal
System; and,
WHEREAS, the bid of Bowles Construction Company of Wichita
Falls, Texas, is the lowest responsible bid.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Said bid of Bowles Construction Company in the amount of
176,287.50 is hereby accepted and the City Manager is authorized to
execute a contract with Bowles Construction Company for the work.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS THE 21ST DAY OF FEBRUARY, 1984
