RESOLUTION AWARDING CONTRACT TO BOWLES
CONSTRUCTION COMPANY FOR THE NORTH BEVERLY
PUMP STATION IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, six bids were received for North Beverly Pump
Station Improvements ; and,
WHEREAS, the bid of Bowles Construction Company of
Wichita Falls , Texas is the lowest responsible bid.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS , TEXAS, THAT:
Said bid of Bowles Construction Company in the amount
of $181 ,365 . 00 is hereby accepted and the City Manager
is authorized to execute a contract with Bowles
Construction Company for the work.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS THE 7th DAY OF FEBRUARY, 1984.
