RESOLUTION APPROVING REFUNDS OF OVERPAYMENT OF PROPERTY TAXES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS,
THAT:
It is found that the following property tax payments were paid twice,
and were therefore excessive, and the excessive payments should be refunded:
United Savings of Texas, $3,431 .99.
North Texas Federal Savings and Loan, $726.00.
North Texas Federal Savings and Loan, $596.08.
Skyline Development Company, $649.27.
Merrill Lynch, $550.11 .
Vernon Savings, $3,264. 10.
ANB Building Corporation, $1 ,083.59.
American Medical Management, $4,116.35.
Fred Stephens, $518.67.
