AN ORDINANCE CLOSING, VACATING, AND ABANDONING THE
TEN (10) FOOT WIDE SEWER EASEMENT IN LOT 30, BLOCK 2,
TANGLEWOOI) HOLLOW - SECTION F-2, AN ADDIITION TO THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS
WHEREAS, the Planning Board of the City of Wichita Falls, Texas
has recommended the closure of a ten (10) foot wide sewer easement in Lot 30,
Block 2, Tanlewood Hollow - Section F-2, an Addition to the City of Wichita
Falls, Texas; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Aldermen of the City of Wichita Falls, Texas
deems it advisable and in the public interest to close, vacate, and abandon
the sewer easement hereinafter described.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The ten (10) foot wide sewer easement on Lot 30, Block 2, Tanglewood
Hollow - Section F-2, an Addition to the City of Wichita Falls, Texas, centerline
of said easement extending from a point in the west lot line, forty-seven (47)
feet south of the northwest corner of said lot, to a point in the south lot line,
thirty-nine (39) feet from the southwest corner of said lot, be and the same is
hereby closed, vacated, and abandoned.
