AN ORDINANCE RELEASING AND ABANDONING THE WEST HALF OF A
UTILITY EASEMENT IN LOT 3A, BLOCK 105A, HIGHLAND ADDITION
TO THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS
WHEREAS, the Planning Board has recommended the abandonment of a
portion of a utility easement in Lot 3A, Block 105A, Highland Addition; and,
WHEREAS, the Board of Aldermen of the City of Wichita Falls deems it
advisable and in the public interest to release and abandon all rights to a
five (5) foot strip from the west side of an existing utility easement herein-
under described.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:

A portion of the utility easement located on Lot 3A, Block 105A, High-
land Addition, an addition to the City of Wichita Falls, Texas, said portion
being described as the west five (5) foot strip of the existing ten (10) foot
utility easement which parallels and is adjacent to the east property line of
the said lot, and being bounded on the south by a twenty (20) foot alley and
extending north sixty (60) feet adjacent to the said lot line, be and the same is
hereby permanently released and abandoned.
