AN ORDINANCE RELEASING AND ABANDONING A TEN (10) BY FORTY-EIGHT
(48) FOOT UTILITY EASEMENT IN BLOCK 12, DITTOE HEIGHTS SUBDIVI-
SION OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS
WHEREAS, the Planning Board of the City of Wichita Falls, Texas has
recommended releasing and abandoning a ten (10) by forty-eight (48) foot utility
easement in Block 12, Dittoe Heights Subdivision; and,
WHEREAS, the Board of Aldermen of the City of Wichita Falls, Texas
deems it advisable and in the public interest to release and abandon the utility
easement hereinafter described.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The east-west utility easement located on Block 12, Dittoe Heights
Subdivision of the City of Wichita Falls, Texas, the centerline of such ten (10)
foot wide utility easement being one hundred and forty-two and one-half (142.5)
feet south of the northeast corner of said block and extending forty-eight (48)
feet to the west from a fifteen (15) foot utility easement, such easement lying
adjacent to and west of the east property line of said block, be and the same is
hereby permanently released and abandoned.
