ORDINANCE NO. 55-82
ORDINANCE WAIVING ORDINANCES 3457, 3647, 3648 AND
3699 AS TO ONE TRACT OF LAND
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS,
TEXAS, THAT:
Due to the unique situation involved, Ordinances 3457, 3647, 3648, and
3699 of the City of Wichita Falls concerning issuance of permits, land use restric-
tions, and enforcement of land use restrictions are hereby waived insofar as they
affect Lots 22 and 23, Block 61, Southland Addition, and to no other tract of land.
These ordinance waivers are granted subject to construction of an office structure
on the site.
