ORDINANCE WAIVING ORDINANCES 3457, 3647, 3648 AND
3699 AS TO ONE TRACT OF LAND
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Due to the unique situation involved, Ordinances 3457, 3647, 3648
and 3699 of the City of Wichita Falls concerning issuance of permits, land
use restrictions, and enforcement of land use restrictions are hereby waived
insofar as they affect Lot 6, Block I, Kemp-Fair Park Addition.
