AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING FUNDS FROM THE GENERAL
FUND EQUITY TO ACCOUNT NUMBERS LISTED BELOW, AND
DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS , THAT:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated from the General Fund
Equity the sum of $26,447. 00 which shall adjust the following
account number:
11-452-4367 $48 , 000. 00
SECTION 2. The fact that this amount will be due and that it
is essential for the immediate use of the City of Wichita Falls creates
an emergency, therefore this ordinance shall become effective imme-
diately upon its passage.
