RESOLUTION TO APPROVE CHANGE ORDER NO. 1 FOR
CONTRACT C, CYPRESS STREET WATER TREATMENT
PLANT EXPANSION PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has a contract with R-Tico
Construction Company for construction of a street, lagoon, and addition
to a secondary reservoir as part of the expansion of the Cypress Street Water
Treatment Plant;
WHEREAS, in the progress of the work, certain modifications have been
necessary; and,
WHEREAS, the Council has examined a proposed change order.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Change Order No. 1 for Contract C of the Cypress Street Water Treatment
Plant Expansion Project is approved in the net amount of $760.74, bringing the
contract total to $499,997.39, and the City Manager is authorized to execute
Change Order No. 1 as stated.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS THE 17TH DAY OF DECEMBER, 1985.
