RESOLUTION CONSIDERING COST SHARING ARRANGEMENT
WITH THE WICHITA FALLS INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT
FOR RELOCATING A SANITARY SEWER AROUND FAIN SCHOOL
WHEREAS, The Wichita Falls Independent School District desires to construct an
addition on the current Fain School facility; and,
WHEREAS, the subdivision ordinances of the City of Wichita Falls requires
that the area be subdivided prior to the issuance of a building permit; and,
WHEREAS, a sanitary sewer trunk line runs underneath the proposed and
existing Fain School facility; and,
WHEREAS, it is in the mutual interest of the City of Wichita Falls and
the Wichita Falls Independent School District to relocate said sanitary sewer
facility.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The City of Wichita Falls will cost share in the amount of $ ;;,41- 7,8V
for the relocation of the sanitary sewer.
