AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE
A CONTRACT WITH MEDIA MASTERS, INCOR-
PORATED FOR THE PURPOSE OF DEVELOPING
AN AUDIO-SLIDE PRESENTATION FOR THE
KEMP PUBLIC LIBRARY
WHEREAS, the Kemp Public Library Board has recommended that a more aggressive
publicity campaign be developed and implemented for the Kemp Public Library; and
WHEREAS, a slide-tape presentation would allow the major services of the
Library to be presented in a consistent format to civic and school organizations.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute a contract with Media
Masters, Incorporated, for an audio-slide presentation for the Kemp Public
Library. The cost of such contract shall not exceed $1 ,500.
