RESOLUTION TO APPROVE CONTRACT WITH CONSULTING
FIRM FOR 1986 CDBG UTILITY REPLACEMENT PROGRAM
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls proposes to accomplish certain
utility improvements;
WHEREAS, these improvements are to be funded with 1986 COMMUNITY
DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT Funds;
WHEREAS, the City requires the services of a consulting engineer firm
to accomplish the detail design work; and,
WHEREAS, the Council has examined a proposed contract with the firm of
Corlett, Probst, and Boyd, Inc. , of Wichita Falls, Texas.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The proposed engineering contract with Corlett, Probst, and Boyd, Inc. ,
is hereby approved in an amount not to exceed $40,000.00, and the City Manager is
authorized to execute said contract.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS THE 3RD DAY OF DECEMBER, 1985.
