RESOLUTION APPROVING, AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY
MANAGER TO EXECUTE, A CONTRACT WITH WILLIAMS
MAINTENANCE CO. FOR JANITORIAL SERVICES AT THE
CENTRAL SERVICES COMPLEX.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS,
TEXAS, THAT:
A contract between the City of Wichita Falls and Williams Maintenance Company
for janitorial services at the Central Services Complex, based on their proposal dated
November 17, 1985 at an annual consideration of $9,000, i3 hereby approved, and the
City Manager is authorized to execute the same for the City of Wichita Falls, Texas.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS the 3rd day of December, 1985.
