RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY
MANAGER TO EXECUTE THE SECOND AMENDMENTS TO
THE LEASE AGREEMENTS FOR AVIS, BUDGET, HERTZ,
AND NATIONAL RENTAL CAR AGENCIES AT WICHITA
FALLS MUNICIPAL AIRPORT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS,
TEXAS, THAT:
The second amendments to the rental car agencies lease agreement for lease of
space at Wichita Falls Municipal Airport is hereby approved and the City Manager is
authorized to execute same for the City of Wichita Falls.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS the 3rd day of December, 1985.
