RESOLUTION TO APPROVE CHANGE ORDER #1
FOR BARNETT ROAD UTILITY RELOCATION PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has awarded a contract to Costello
Construction Company for the relocation of certain utilities on Barnett Road;
WHEREAS, since the contract was awarded, changes have been made in
the grade specifications for one of the utility mainlines;
WHEREAS, this change has caused the contractor additional work and
materials beyond that specified in the original bid; and,
WHEREAS, the Council has examined a proposed change order to reim-
burse the contractor for said additional work and materials.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Change order #1 for the Barnett Road Utility Relocation project is
approved in the amount of $1,000.00, and the City Manager is authorized to
execute said change order.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS THE 19TH DAY OF NOVEMBER, 1985.
