RESOLUTION TO APPROVE CONTRACT WITH CONSULTING
FIRM FOR 1925 IMHOFF TAN CONVERSION PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls proposes to convert the 1925
Imhoff Tank at the River Road Wastewater Treatment Plant to an activated
sludge system;
WHEREAS, the City requires the services of a consulting engineer firm
to design the work to be accomplished; and,
WHEREAS, the Council has examined a proposed contract with the firm of
Corlett, Probst, and Boyd, Inc. of Wichita Falls, Texas, for the design work.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT
The proposed contract with the firm of Corlett, Probst, and Boyd, Inc.
is hereby approved with a maximum cost of $77,000.00, and the City Manager is
authorized to execute said contract.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS THE 19TH DAY OF NOVEMBER, 1985.
