RESOLUTION PLACING AN ALLEY BETWEEN CENTRAL
FREEWAY AND RED FOX NORTH OF LAS CRUCES LANE
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has passed Ordinance No. 60-85
authorizing the paving of alley throughout the City; and,
WHEREAS, a petition was accepted from several property owners
adjacent to an alley described as between Central Freeway and Red Fox North
of Las Cruces Lane; and,
WHEREAS, in the manner prescribed in Ordinance No. 60-85, a public
hearing was held and has been concluded.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Said alley is placed on the Alley Container Program.
