RESOLUTION PLACING AN ALLEY EAST OF IVY LANE
FROM NORTH GLENHAVEN TO NORTH OF AVALON
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has passed Ordinance No. 60-85
authorizing the paving of alleys throughout the City; and,
WHEREAS, a petition was accepted from several property owners
adjacent to an alley described as East of Ivy Lane from North Glenhaven to
North of Avalon; and,
WHEREAS, in the manner prescribed in Ordinance No. 60-85, a public hearing
was held and has been concluded.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Said alley is placed on the Alley Paving Program.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS THE 5TH DAY OF NOVEMBER, 1985.
