RESOLUTION TO APPROVE CONTRACT WITH CONSULTING
FIRM FOR 1985-86 RADY WATER LINE IMPROVEMENTS
PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls proposes to accomplish certain
water improvements using 1985-86 Budget Funds;
WHEREAS, the City requires the services of a consulting engineer
firm to design the work to be accomplished; and,
WHEREAS, the Council has examined a proposed contract with the firm
of Corlett, Probst, and Boyd, Inc. of Wichita Falls, Texas, for the design work.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The proposed contract with the firm of Corlett, Probst, and Boyd, Inc.
is hereby approved with a maximum cost of $35,000.00, and the City Manager is
authorized to execute said contract.
