RESOLUTION TO APPROVE CONTRACT WITH CONSULTING
FIRM FOR 1985-86 BUDGET UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls proposes to accomplish certain
utility improvements;
WHEREAS, the City requires the services of a consulting engineer firm
to accomplish the detail design work; and,
WHEREAS, the Council has examined a proposed contract with the firm of
Corlett, Probst, and Boyd, Inc., of Wichita Falls, Texas.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The proposed engineering contract with Corlett, Probst, and Boyd, Inc.,
is hereby approved in an amount not to exceed $40,000.00, and the City Manager is
authorized to execute said contract.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS THE 5TH DAY OF NOVEMBER, 1985.
