RESOLUTION TO AWARD BID FOR 1935 CDBG SANITARY
SEWER IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls desires to make certain improvements
to the sanitary sewer collection system using Community Development Block Grant
funds;
WHEREAS, the work to be accomplished has been engineered and advertised
for bid; and,
WHEREAS, the Council has examined all bids and determined the lowest,
responsible bid to be $190,417.05 by the Bowles Construction Company of Wichita
Falls, Texas.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The bid for the 1985 CDBG Sanitary Sewer Improvement Project is
awarded to the Bowles Construction Company, Wichita Falls, Texas, in the
amount of $190,417.05_ and the City Manager is authorized to execute an
appropriate contract.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS THE 5TH DAY OF NOVEMBER, 1985.
