RESOLUTION RECOGNIZING MBANK WICHITA FALLS AS
A PARTICIPATING BANK FOR CITY ' S DEPOSITS ,
AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A DEPOSITORY
CONTRACT WITH SUCH BANK.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS , TEXAS , THAT :
WHEREAS , heretofore the City published a notice that it
would receive applications for the custody of City funds ,
as managing depository and/or participating depository .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS , TEXAS , THAT:
The City hereby recognizes MBank Wichita Falls as a
participating bank for the City ' s time deposits , and authorizes
the City Manager to execute a depository contract with such
bank for time deposits .
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 1st day of October , 1985 .
