RESOLUTION APPROVING SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT
NO. 4 WITH THE FEDERAL AVIATION ADMINISTRATION
FOR LEASE OF PREMISES AT WICHITA FALLS MUNICIPAL
AIRPORT.
BE IT RESOLVED BYTHE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS,
TEXAS, THAT;
That Supplemental Agreement No. 4 between the City of Wichita Falls and the
Federal Aviation Administration, setting annual rental rates is hereby approved and
the City Manager is authorized to execute same for the City of Wichita Falls.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS the 1st day of October, 1985.
