RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BIDS FOR TWO PARCELS OF
EXCESS REAL PROPERTY AND AUTHORIZING THE
EXECUTION OF DEEDS .
WHEREAS, the following parcels of real property owned by
the City of Wichita Falls have been identified as excess and
have been advertised for sale to the public by sealed bid:
Parcel No . 1 1426 Sibley
Being the South 125 feet of
Lots 15 , 16 , 17, 18 , 19 , 20,
21, and 22, Taylor Subdivision,
containing an area of 50 , 000
square feet of land, more or
less .
Parcel No . 2 500 & 500X Ninth Street
Lots 3, 4 , 5 , 6, and 7, Block
177, Original Town.
WHEREAS, five bids were submitted for the property and the
high bids received were as follows :
Parcel No . 1 W. David Andrews, Jr . $45, 000 .00
Parcel No . 2 Clayton Kramer and
Greg Krutilek 15, 000 .00
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The above bids of W. David Andrews, Jr. , for Parcel No . 1,
and Clayton Kramer and Greg Krutilek, for Parcel No . 2, are
hereby accepted, and the City Manager is authorized to execute
r
the deeds for the above-described property for which the City
of Wichita Falls holds the title .
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 24th day of September, 1985 .
