AWARD OF BID FOR THE 1985 COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT
PAVEMENT REHABILITATION PROGRAM
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for
bids for the 1985 Community Development Pavement Rehabilitation Program;
and,
WHEREAS, three bids were received, and Zack Burkett Company,
who bid $401,736.80, on Alternate B was the lowest responsible bidder
for that alternate.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Such bid of Zack Burkett Company, is hereby accepted, and
the City Manager is authorized to execute a contract with such contractor
for this project.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIIS THE 24TH DAY 1 - SEPTEMBER, 19 .
