RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID OF TAYLOR AND COMPANY FOR THE HARRISONSTREETRECONSTRUCTIONPROJECT
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids
for the Harrison Street Reconstruction Project; and,
WHEREAS, two bids were received, and Taylor and Company, who
bid $184,884.93, was the lowest responsible bidder.
NOW , THEREFORE , RE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Such bid of Taylor and Company , is hereby accepted, and the
City Manager is authorized to execute a contract with such
contractor for this project.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 24th day of September, 1985 .
