RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID OF ZACK BURKETT COMPANY FOR THE
CONSTRUCTION OF THE 1985 PAVEMENT OVERLAY PROGRAM
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids
for the construction of The 1985 Pavement Overlay Program; and,
WHEREAS, two bids were received, and Zack Burkett Company,
who bid $431 .460.00 , was the lowest responsible bidder.
NOW , THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Such bid of Zack Burkett Company , is hereby accepted, and
the City Manager is authorized to execute a contract with such
contractor for this project.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 24th day of September , 1985 .
