RESOLUTION SETTING A PUBLIC HEARING FOR THE PAVING
OF AN ALLEY NORTH OF LAS CRUCES LANE AND DIRECTING
STAFF TO PREPARE PRELIMINARY CONSTRUCTION COST
ESTIMATES
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has passed Ordinance No. 60-85
authorizing the paving of alleys throughout the City; and,
WHEREAS, a petition has been accepted from several property owners
adjacent to an alley encompassed by Las Cruces Lane, Red Fox, and the Access
Road going to Sheppard Field, requesting said alley be paved.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Such petition is hereby accepted, and a public hearing date is
established on November 5, 1985, and staff is directed to prepare preliminary
construction cost estimates.
