RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID OF TAYLOR AND COMPANY FOR THE
CONSTRUCTION OF THE EXPRESSWAY VILLAGE PARK PLAY AREA
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertized for bids
for the construction of the Expressway Village Park Play Area;
and ,
WHEREAS, two responsive—'bids were received, and Taylor and
Company, who bid $41 ,376.05, was the lowest responsible bidder.
NOW , THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Such bid of Taylor and Company , is hereby accepted, and the
City Manager is authorized to execute a contract with such
contractor for this project.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 24th day of September, 1985.
