RESOLUTION NAMING ELECTION OFFICIALS AND POLLING
PLACES FOR ELECTION TO BE HELD ON SATURDAY,
OCTOBER 12 , 1985 .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS , TEXAS , THAT:
As authorized by Resolution No . 102-85, an election will be
held on Saturday, October 12, 1985 , for the election of the
following City officials: Councilman, At-Large; Councilman,
District 1; and Councilman, District 2 . The persons listed on
the attached Exhibit "A" will serve as Presiding Judges and
Alternate Judges, as indicated, for said election . The voters
residing in the City limits of Wichita Falls within the precinct
numbers given on such Exhibit shall vote in the City boxes as
shown on such Exhibit.
The Presiding Judge for each polling place shall appoint
not less than two nor more than four clerks who shall assist
the Presiding Judge and Alternate Judge in jointly conducting
the election.
The rate of pay for election officials shall be $5 .00 per
hour plus an additional $25 .00 for each judge who picks up and
deliversiers the returns of all election materials .
