RESOLUTION SETTING A PUBLIC HEARING FOR THE PAVING
OF AN ALLEY NORTH OF THE LYNWOOD EAST PARK AND
DIRECTING STAFF TO PREPARE PRELIMINARY CONSTRUCTION
COST ESTIMATES
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has passed Ordinance No. 60-85
authorizing the paving of alleys throughout the City; and,
WHEREAS, a petition has been accepted from several property: owners
adjacent to an alley running parallel to Red Fox Drive, North of the Lynwood
East Park, requesting said alley be paved.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Such petition is hereby accepted, and a public hearing date is
established for 8:30 AM central daylight time on October 1, 1985.
