RESOLUTION REJECTING BIDS FOR THE 1985 COMMUNITY
DEVELOPMENT REPAVING PROGRAM
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls had advertised for bids
for the 1985 Community Development Repaving Program; and
WHEREAS, three bids were received, and it was found that
the bids substantially exceeded reasonably expected cost.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Said bids are hereby rejected, and the City Manager is
authorized to advertise again for the construction of such improvements.
