RESOLUTION CONSENTING TO THE APPOINTMENT OF BOB
BROTHERTON, DON MAXFIELD AND DAN TOMPKINS AS
SUBSTITUTE JUDGES OF THE MUNICIPAL COURT FOR
TERMS OF TWO YEARS .
WHEREAS, Mayor Gary D. Cook has appointed Bob Brotherton,
Don Maxfield and Dan Tompkins as substitute judges of the Municipal
Court, to act in the place and stead of the Municipal Judge during
any period during which he is temporarily unable to act for any
reason; such appointment was for a term of two (2) years after
September 1, 1985 .
NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS , THAT:
The City Council hereby consents to such appointment of
Bob Brotherton, Don Maxfield and Dan Tompkins as substitute judges
of the Municipal Court for terms of two (2) years after September 1,
1985 .
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 3rd day of September, 1985 .
