RESOLUTION TO AWARD BID FOR CONTRACT C,
CYPRESS STREET WATER TREATMENT PLANT
EXPANSION PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls is continuing the expansion
of the Cypress Street Water Treatment Plant;
WHEREAS, the City has bid the third in a series of six contracts
for the construction work; and,
WHEREAS, the Council has examined the bids received for the work
on the third contract.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The bid for Contract C at the Cypress Street Water Treatment Plant
for construction of a street, sludge lagoon, and addition to the Secondary
Reservoir is hereby awarded to R-TICO, Inc. of Wichita Falls in the amount of
499,236.65. The City Manager is authorized to execute a contract for this purpose.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS 16TH DAY OF JULY, 1985.
