RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BIDS FOR CERTAIN PARCELS OF EXCESS REAL PROPERTY AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF DEEDS WHEREAS, the following parcels of real property located in Wichita Falls have been identified as excess and have been advertised for sale to the public by sealed bid: Parcel No. 1 305 Jalonick Lot 3, Block 1 , Kemp Addition Parcel No. 2 501 South Rosewood Lot 1 , Block 36, Barwise and Jalonick Addition, save and except that portion of Lot 1 lying west of, parallel to, and 30.0 feet from (measured at right angles) the center of South Rosewood Street. B. Fuller for Parcels 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 12, 14, 15, 16, and 18; Pete M. Hernandez and Tony Hernandez for Parcels 11 and 17; Church of the Living God for Parcel 13; Isaac Gardner for Parcel 19; and Clayton Kramer for Parcel 20 are hereby accepted. The Mayor is hereby authorized to join with the officers of the other taxing entities in executing deeds for those properties acquired through delinquent tax suits, and the City Manager is authorized to execute the deeds for all tracts for which the City of Wichita Falls holds the title.
