RESOLUTION TO ESTABLISH A RATE FOR PERFORMANCE
OF CHEMICAL OXYGEN DEMAND (COD) TEST
BY THE CITY WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT
WHEREAS, the Wastewater Treatment Lab has an established rate
schedule for the tests performed at the laboratory; and,
WHEREAS, the Council desires to establish a rate for one additional
test which is not currently reflected in the existing rate schedule.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The rate for performance of the chemical oxygen demand (COD) tests
performed by the Wastewater Treatment Plant Laboratory is established as follows
and will become effective on October 1 , 1985:
Cost per sample for single test
